Cancellation Policy / Missed Reservation

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. This notice allows us to extend availability to other clients. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of that reservation. Exceptions cannot be made. In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, your reservation will not be forfeited, we will make every effort to accommodate you at the next available time or issue a refund.
