Can I bring more than one dog?
When you rent a run it is yours for the rental time, there is no extra charge for multiple dogs.. All dogs are welcome, but each must have current vaccination records to enter. Any dog without documentation will be asked to leave until provided for the safety of the other visitors.
What if I want to stay longer?
Even while you are in a run you can reserve the next hour if available or move to another run. If moving, contact us directly for immediate gate codes, after you get your reservation confirmation.
Do I have to pickup after my dog?
Yes, please clean up after your visit. Any dog waste can be a toxic hazard to the next visitor. The customer before you took the time to clean for you do the next visitor the same courtesy. Toys/treats left behind can cause problems for the next dog or dogs as well.
Can I leave treats and toys?
We have an exchange/library style area. If you wish to leave toys or treats please place them at the front designated location and they can be enjoyed by the next dog if allowed.
How does gate lock?
The gates have mechanical locks that are lockable from the inside to prevent unwanted entry during your scheduled visit.
How is the facility cleaned?
We treat the grounds with cedarcide pest repellant and will be treating for parvo in the spring.
What if I want to use a park after hours?
Please contact us and we will work with you to make arrangements .
Will someone be there?
We try to have staff on hand during hours for assistance and monitoring that all rules are being followed.
